Welcome to the RICS website section for the Republic of Indonesia.
Indonesia is located in south eastern Asia, between the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean.
Within Indonesia, the implemention of IMF-mandated reforms of the banking sector and the effecting of transition to a popularly elected government are key objectives. Indonesia's main industrial activities include mining, petroleum and natural gas, cement and textiles
There are 22 chartered surveyors in Indonesia. Approximately 50% specialise in Quantity Surveying and 10% are in other faculties.
