Welcome to the RICS Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

RICS Hong Kong's mission is to better serve the RICS members in Hong Kong and to raise the profile of the chartered survey profession.

There are currently over 5 000 Chartered Surveyors practicing in Hong Kong.Of these, approximately 40% are Chartered Quantity Surveyors, 24% Chartered Valuation Surveyors, 15% Chartered Building Surveyors and 5% are Chartered Land Surveyors.
