RICS Malaysia Diploma Presentation Ceremony was held on 14 January 2010 at Park Royal Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.  Before the Presentation taken place, Sr Teo Chee Hai, Chairman, RICS Malaysia, greeted the 15 newly elected MRICS with welcome address.  Among of the recipients, Datuk Azlan Abdul Karim, Chief Executive Officer, Putrajaya Holdings was awarded with a RICS Eminent Membership. Following the Diploma Presentation, Sr Teo presented three Book Prizes to the following Best Undergraduates for Penultimate or Final Year 2008/2009:

• Mr Wong Kok Hoa, University of Teknologi Malaysia
• Mr Mohd Reeza Bin Yusof, University Teknologi Mara
• Ms Whan Ying Wei, University of Sains Malaysia

RICS Malaysia also awarded the Accreditation Award to the following Universities:

• University of Sains Malaysia for its programme in BSc (Hons) in Housing, Building and Planning, Quantity Surveying
• University Teknologi Mara for its (Hons) degree in Surveying Science and Geomatics
• University Tunku Abdul Rahman for its programme in BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
• University Tunku Abdul Rahman for its programme in BSc(Hons) in Construction Management (Full Time)
• University Tunku Abdul Rahman for its programme in BSc(Hons) in Construction Management (Part Time)
