In June, an Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) final assessment was held in Shanghai. A total of 33 local candidates were assessed, 21 of them passed the interview and became MRICS after the final assessment interviews. The passing rate was around 64%. 

The next APC final assessment will be held in Beijing on 31 July 2010. There are 25 candidates registered through Senior Professional route and Adaptation route. 

Hong Kong

RICS Hong Kong conducted an APC final assessment interview from 13 to 16 July, 57 candidates were assessed and 32 of them had passed and were elected as MRICS. The passing rate is around 56%. The next APC final assessment interview will be scheduled in October 2010. 

Other

In June, 8 candidates from Taiwan sat in the APC final assessment interview in Hong Kong. All of them passed the final assessment and were elected as MRICS, the passing rate was 100%.
