Mr David Tse, Member, RICS International Governing Council has given an interview for TVB for its half an hour program focusing on the revitalizing existing industrial buildings for cultural and creative industries.  

This was also a follow-up on the research report on "Industrial Buildings – Strategic Review of Issues Associate with Conversion fro Adaptative Re-use" published by RICS Hong Kong in June 2008.
